Senior Client Placement Lead Associate

Job Summary
Place and market new and renewal business with premier High Net Worth carriers including Chubb, PURE, and AIG/Private Client Select. Implement Open Enrollment setups for assigned clients in ADP Workforce Now, building and updating plans while responding promptly to benefits-related technical questions. Generate census and end-of-enrollment reports, assist with Essential ACA module implementations, and perform monthly monitoring and year-end 1095 auditing. This hybrid role requires deep HRIS knowledge, proficiency with ADP WFN, and strong communication skills to drive persistency and growth for The Hilb Group.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of HRIS, benefit technology, or equivalent work experience
- Solid working knowledge of ADP WFN with ADP NextGen, and/or Lyric
- Solid working knowledge of ACA configuration and monitoring technology
- ADP WFN Essential ACA module experience
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business environment
- Exceptional telephone demeanor and the ability to lead productive calls to meet project timelines
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Microsoft CoPilot, Excel, Word
- Exceptional planning, critical thinking problem solving and organization skills
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Strong interpersonal, motivation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to self-direct and work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Solid working knowledge of ADP WFN with ADP NextGen, and/or Lyric knowledge a plus
- Solid working knowledge of ACA configuration and monitoring technology – ADP WFN Essential ACA module experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Asana or other project/task tracking software
