Job Summary
Proactively manage relationships with key pharma brands and agencies to drive year-over-year revenue growth using Reddit's advertising suite. Construct joint business plans with top clients, establish new partnerships, and leverage data to inform strategies and pitch proposals. Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation, acting as the primary point of contact for major platform updates and opportunities. Provide strategic, consultative advice to uplevel relationships, persistently uncover client needs, and collaborate with Account Management to exceed marketing goals. Shape the ads product roadmap by aggregating client feedback and metrics with cross-functional stakeholders. Offer thought leadership at industry events and mentor team members by sharing industry and product expertise.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in digital media
- at least 7+ years of experience in sales
- Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations
- Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives
- Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions
- Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space
- Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising
- Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies
- Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets
- Ability to lead special projects
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
