Senior Client Operations Manager

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale or complex client projects while serving as the primary communication link between internal stakeholders and clients. Provide operational guidance to Client Operations Managers and Coordinators, acting as a subject matter expert for key systems and processes. Drive special projects that support quality execution, process improvement, and client satisfaction to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations.
