Job Summary
Senior Client Operations Account Executive responsible for the successful operational management of global clients, onboarding to agreed implementation specifics, investigation and resolution of disputes, creation and distribution of account information and reporting, regular client communications, escalation of issues, and collaboration with commercial teams and internal departments to ensure deals and implementations meet SLA/KPI requirements. The role involves producing monthly client reports, supporting on-boarding of new clients, contributing to governance meetings, documenting processes for training and awareness, and driving process improvements and operational solutions to meet commercial needs. Strong client-facing skills, strategic and tactical thinking, and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a client facing account management role
- Educated to a Degree level
- Languages an advantage
- High level of numeracy and computer literacy (MS Office)
- Understanding of the life-cycle of projects
