Job Summary
Senior Client Manager for Commercial Insurance at Gibson Team focused on delivering exceptional risk-management service to commercial clients. Responsible for planning and executing risk-management service strategy, evaluating clients' coverage programs, and coordinating with Risk Advisors, Account Managers, and underwriters. Leads creation of proposals and submission packages, negotiates terms and pricing, and communicates with clients to explain coverage options. Builds and maintains personalized client relationships, analyzes risk and program structure, stays current on market trends and carriers, and supports renewals and service delivery through multi-channel communication (phone, email, in-person, Zoom). Requires strong insurance knowledge, 5+ years of experience, and a Property and Casualty license; preferred Associate’s degree or some college and completion of INS designation. Location-focused office presence across multiple U.S. sites with in-person client service expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the insurance, risk management industry
- Property and Casualty license
- Excellent computer and office machine skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products
