Job Summary
Senior Client Manager for institutional clients in APAC, responsible for end-to-end service experience, onboarding, risk management, relationship management, and regulatory readiness. Acts as a senior day-to-day contact and escalation point, manages complex client issues, oversees onboarding for complex pooled fund structures, collaborates with AML/KYC/CDD teams, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. Requires deep product and operational knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and leadership by influence to deliver exceptional client service across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services, with strong exposure to asset management or institutional servicing
- CMFAS Module 3, 5, 6, 8 and 8A or readiness to obtain
