Job Summary
Senior Employee Benefits Sr. Client Manager works with the Producer or Client Executive to implement a client's employee benefits strategy and to service the account, including preparing communication materials, conducting open enrollment meetings, handling COBRA paperwork, ensuring compliance resources, and maintaining ongoing client service and relationship management with EPIC's CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Five or more years’ experience as a Client Manager with a benefits consulting or brokerage firm, or comparable experience with an insurance carrier, or TPA
- Life and Health License; or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire date; Valid Driver License
