Job Summary
Senior Client Manager on the Commercial Entertainment team responsible for providing high-quality client service, selling new lines of coverage and cross-selling within the existing book of business. Serves as the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts, managing and controlling relationships with clients. Daily servicing includes addressing coverage issues, contract and exposure analysis, handling endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, renewal control, formal proposals, and policy binding. The SCM informs the Producer on strategic account issues and oversees processes related to renewals, account management, and new business development, ensuring Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) are followed for all insurance transactions. The role requires designing or independently designing insurance plans, conducting face-to-face meetings to review summaries, educating clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures, and monitoring client satisfaction quarterly. Required Qualifications
- California Department of Insurance License
- 3-7 year of experience
