Job Summary
Lead institutional and fiduciary client engagements by owning pre-win phases, RFP responses, and due diligence events in partnership with Sales. Manage onboarding, implementation, and contractual negotiations while driving service expectations and resolving investment or operational issues. Coordinate ongoing client relationships, including investment review meetings, regulatory updates, and strategic improvements across complex mandates. This role reports to the Head of Client Management for European Institutional, focusing on the Netherlands market. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a base salary of €84,000–€116,000.
Required Qualifications
- Significant and relevant Institutional client relationship management experience
- Experience of Fiduciary mandates
- Experience of LDI mandates
- Experience of Segregated mandates
- Experience of Institutional Pooled mandates
- Strong investment management experience
- Thorough understanding of fund management
- Understanding of financial instruments
- Understanding of administration processes
- Understanding of performance analysis
- Understanding of reporting
- Structured individual
- Proven track record of strong workflow management
- Proven track record of project management skills
- Strong ability to work with others both in the team and across the business
- Excellent listening skills
