Job Summary
Senior Client Growth Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Nativex in Seoul (Remote). Lead end-to-end sales funnel with marketing managers and executives, develop strategic account plans, upsell/cross-sell, coordinate with Legal/Finance/Marketing, and represent the company at industry events. Requires 3+ years in digital advertising, English and/or Chinese, established relationships with advertisers/ad agencies in mobile advertising, and experience in enterprise-level sales in the gaming sector; strong consultative sales, startup-friendly mindset, and solid knowledge of digital/social/display advertising.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital advertising within marketing/advertising/agency environments
- Established relationships with direct advertisers and ad agencies in the mobile ad sector, or experience interfacing with ad tech through a digital media agency role
- Experience in enterprise-level sales within the gaming industry is highly desirable
- Proven consultative sales skills
- Strong communication in English and/or Chinese
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and work under stress
- Solid knowledge of digital strategy, creative strategy, and expertise in Social/Display advertising
