Job Summary
Senior Client Executive focused on Commercial Real Estate within JPMorgan Chase's Real Estate Banking Group. Responsibilities include soliciting and overseeing servicing of CRE clients, initiating strategic dialogue with clients around financial and real estate credit needs, collaborating with underwriting on analysis, structuring and documentation of credit requests, facilitating client discussions around our CRE Banking capabilities, cross-selling banking products, and assisting with client onboarding including AML compliance. Requires 10+ years CRE lending experience, undergraduate degree, and strong sales/marketing skills with the ability to work independently within a team; experience with project financing, underwriting, and risk assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in real estate lending
- Undergraduate degree required
- Experience in underwriting and risk assessment for project financing
- Financial analysis capabilities
- Knowledge of commercial real estate project finance fundamentals
- Strong sales and marketing skill; experience in product cross selling of treasury, derivative, syndications and other standard bank products
