Job Summary
Manage a book of high-profile, complex clients with national and international operations by maintaining and expanding the business through direct implementation of sales and marketing strategies. Develop growth strategies for targeted accounts and industries while offering technical advice and informed recommendations leveraging product expertise. Ensure conditions, coverage, and pricing are advantageous for the company, completing proposal work and preserving business and compliance standards. Maintain strong relationships with senior-level counterparts, address escalated issues, and participate frequently in industry events to build a professional network. Represent the firm as a thought leader in the construction and infrastructure sector, delivering high-end advisory services while aligning client needs with company capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years of experience in the Insurance Industry
- Excellent French and English communication skills
- Experience working with, and managing large, complex accounts
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Service expertise, sales capabilities, with a focus on client retention and growth initiatives
- Broker's license or willingness to obtain
- An in-depth knowledge of changing market conditions to contribute to the firm's body of knowledge
- Ability to present, and advise on, complex risk issues at the Executive level
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
