Senior Client Executive

Job Summary
Senior Client Executive will drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling Imagenet’s services in the healthcare BPO space, maintain and nurture key client relationships, lead contract renewals and SOW development, and collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to ensure client success. The role emphasizes strategic client growth, regular business reviews, and cross-functional alignment, with strong emphasis on stakeholder management, problem-solving, and exceptional communication. Requirements include 5+ years in account management with revenue quotas, Salesforce and MS Office proficiency, travel as needed, and experience in healthcare BPO. Location is remote with an emphasis on servicing clients from the US, including preference considerations for Southern California or Tampa, FL, and the position reports to the Chief Client Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management with demonstrated success in meeting revenue quotas
- Experience in healthcare BPO industry, particularly in claims adjudication, document management, or contact center solutions, is preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Travel required as needed
