Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of administrative experience with Google Enterprise / Google Workspace and adjacent enterprise-grade SaaS collaboration tools
- Proven experience managing Google Workspace at scale (Drive governance, Gmail administration, DLP policies, domain migrations, Vault)
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts (SAML, OAuth, SCIM, RBAC, user provisioning)
- Hands-on experience with Okta (SSO integrations and workflow automation)
- Experience managing endpoint fleets through Jamf, Intune, Tanium, or equivalent MDM / endpoint management platforms
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages for automation
- Strong understanding of REST API integrations and system-to-system automation
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams from discovery through implementation with minimal oversight
- Clear, direct communication and documentation skills to explain tradeoffs and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
