Senior Client Engagement Manager

Job Summary
Drive client engagement strategy and execution across employer clients to achieve over 60% enrollment within 12 months of launch. Build tailored strategies that identify gaps across locations and populations, then create monthly campaigns via email, direct mail, and onsite activations. Manage end-to-end production by directing designers, translators, and vendors, while using performance data to prioritize resources and translate results into clear recommendations for Total Rewards and HR leaders. Evaluate existing tactics to codify best practices and build a scalable playbook for repeatable processes. This individual contributor role requires 10–20% travel to support activations and onsite events.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in client engagement, growth or lifecycle marketing, program management, strategy consulting, or a related field
- Meaningful ownership of end-user adoption, activation, or enrollment
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable communications
- Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort using performance data to guide decisions
- Experience working with senior client stakeholders, including Total Rewards, benefits, and HR leaders
- Excellent organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and integrity
- This is an individual contributor role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution
- You will use AI tools and a network of designers, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality work at speed
- This role includes approximately 10–20% travel to support client activations and onsite events
