Job Summary

Senior Client Delivery Manager who will oversee delivery of projects/releases for Acquiring clients, bridging customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams; translate customer requirements into scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap. Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery in a card payments context (card issuing, merchant acquiring, or related). Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, assessing impacts on downstream systems, maintaining delivery progress and SLA alignment, analyzing technical specs (files, APIs, ISO8583), ensuring accurate status updates, and maintaining client relationships while coordinating remote and on-site work. Must be able to travel internationally and work across Europe, Latin America, and North America, with experience in facilitating client workshops and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years experience within the card payments industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willing to travel internationally, particularly across Europe, Latin America, and North America
