Job Summary
Manage internal client inquiries using a case management system to ensure accurate and timely case resolution while adhering to Service Level Agreements. Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to deliver accurate reporting and conduct monthly SOX/SOC Audits in line with Standard Operation Procedures. Work with Data Operations Developers to enhance current tools and reporting, while staying informed about product rollouts and applying tax knowledge to client needs. Requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment. Full-time on-site role at ADP.
