Senior Client Bookkeeper

Senior-level bookkeeping role focused on execution of client-focused accounting tasks for multiple external clients. Responsibilities include transaction entry, journal entries, reconciliations, and producing recurring close deliverables; support for more complex or higher-volume client assignments; acting as a procedural resource to ensure standard workflows, documentation, and internal controls; assisting with onboarding and training of bookkeeping staff; reviewing work for compliance and accuracy; communicating with clients to resolve open items; escalating non-routine or advisory matters with documented summaries. Requires an Associate’s degree in accounting/related field and 3-5 years of bookkeeping or general ledger experience; proficiency with QuickBooks Online and GAAP concepts; strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines; willingness to work in a flexible environment with remote/hybrid opportunities. Compensation: $47,000 to $63,000 depending on experience; additional opportunities based on experience.
