Job Summary
Senior Client Associate role supporting Wealth and Investment Management at Wells Fargo Advisors. In this role you will assist Financial Advisors with client service and operational activities including providing service to clients via telephone and written correspondence, facilitating requests for account information or quotes, scheduling and preparing for appointments with new or prospective clients, executing security order tickets after FA approval, tracking referrals, coordinating marketing campaigns, and maintaining files to meet regulatory requirements. You will act as a liaison for referral sources, review paperwork for completeness, provide knowledge and systems support to branch personnel, and train entry-level staff. The position requires seasoned judgment in handling complex client situations and proactive resolution of client and business issues, with emphasis on risk and compliance programs and ongoing regulatory obligations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Brokerage and Client Services support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Brokerage client support experience or financial services industry experience (desired)
- Administrative support experience in financial services (desired)
- Experience interacting directly with customers (desired)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Client service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work in a dynamic and complex environment
