Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through personalized styling, relationship building, and thoughtful clienteling while driving sales and exceeding individual goals. Develop and maintain a strong personal client book to foster long-term loyalty, anticipating needs and providing tailored recommendations across ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, and accessories. Manage client consignments, execute appointments and wardrobe consultations, and serve as a brand ambassador by embodying KHAITE's values in every interaction. Coach and support Client Advisors by sharing best practices, fostering a collaborative team environment, and acting as a floor leader when needed. Support daily operations including inventory management, cycle counts, and processing transactions, while maintaining a luxury boutique environment that reflects high visual merchandising and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of luxury retail sales experience
- preferably in ready-to-wear or luxury fashion
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales goals in a client-driven environment
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a high-performing client book
- Familiarity with luxury clienteling tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Action oriented; drive for results
- Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Existing network of clientele in the local market
- Foreign Languages
- Experience mentoring or leading peers
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
