Job Summary
Prepare and review financial statements, capital call calculations, and investor allocations for private equity funds. Manage multiple client deliverables including waterfall reviews, compliance reporting, and daily client interactions. Optimize internal processes by analyzing status reports and recommending efficiency improvements within the matrix reporting structure. Requires 3+ years of fund accounting experience and advanced Excel skills for complex financial modeling. This role supports CSC's fund administration services to private equity clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in private equity, partnership, or fund accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and private fund structures
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial modeling techniques, and data analysis tools
- Livingston, NJ (Hybrid, three days onsite per week)
- Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
