Job Summary
Senior Client Account Manager to support Middle Market Commercial Lines clients; responsible for day-to-day servicing, retention, and client support, acting as primary client contact for coverage questions, policy changes, renewals, and service needs; manage endorsements, policy changes, renewals, certificates, and evidence of insurance; assist with submissions, quotes, and data accuracy; coordinate with carriers/underwriters; assist onboarding and billing; maintain accurate client records and respond to inquiries with professional service. Requires 5+ years in commercial insurance account management or servicing, experience with middle market accounts ($200,000+ annual premium), knowledge of coverages and policy structures, familiarity with Applied Epic or similar system, and MS Office proficiency; college degree preferred; CISR or equivalent designation preferred; background check may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial insurance account management or servicing
- Experience handling middle market accounts ($200,000+ in annual premium)
- Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- College degree preferred
- CISR or similar insurance designation preferred
- Candidates may be required to complete assessments in insurance knowledge and Microsoft Office skills
- Background check required
