Job Summary
Senior-level role focusing on managing major pharma advertising accounts within Reddit’s Large Customer Sales. Responsibilities include collaborating with Client Partners to meet marketing goals, deepening relationships with Fortune 500 clients and agencies, leading end-to-end campaign launches and optimizations, managing internal account operations, educating brands on value propositions, crafting media plans with clients, coordinating with Ad Ops, representing client needs to cross-functional teams, shaping product roadmap through client feedback, identifying improvements, and mentoring teammates. Requires extensive experience in advertising sales/account management, pharma client exposure, data-informed decision making, excellent communication, and a BS/BA degree.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management
- Pharma client experience preferred
- Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
- Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
- Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
