Job Summary
Senior Client Account Manager for the Pharma vertical of Large Customer Sales at Reddit. Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals, proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners (agencies and Fortune 500 clients), lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish with insightful optimizations, manage internal revenue delivery operations, educate brands on value proposition and best practices, consult on awareness and direct response objectives to craft thoughtful media plans, collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery, represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders, shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap by aggregating client feedback and metrics, identify areas for improvement, and mentor/train other team members.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management
- Pharma client experience preferred
- Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
- Experience with digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
