Senior Client Account Manager- EMEA (Remote)

Job Summary
Senior Client Account Manager responsible for owning and growing a pan-European portfolio of existing clients while identifying and closing new opportunities. Delivers against revenue and bookings targets, and drives upsell/cross-sell within industries like Retail, FMCG, CPG, Building Supplies, and Pharma. Maintains a robust pipeline (~2.5x coverage), collaborates cross-functionally for delivery and customer success, and acts as a trusted advisor. Leverages AI-enabled sales tools to optimize prospecting, expand account insights, improve forecast reliability, and accelerate deal execution across Europe and North America.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Strong pipeline generation and account growth skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong commercial awareness and communication
- Ability to work remotely across EMEA
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
- Experience with SaaS, EDI, ERP, or supply chain solutions
- Fluency in Danish and/or German would be a significant advantage
