Job Summary
Provide support to HUB clients on all claims-related matters throughout the entire claims process and advocate for satisfactory resolutions. Guide internal teams on the claims process by generating loss run reports, advising on general questions, and analyzing claim trends to ensure alignment with loss control procedures. Deliver claims counseling pre-loss, during a loss, and post-loss while engaging experts as necessary. Effectively analyze and interpret policy wording, maintain accurate electronic claims files in Epic, and provide status updates to Client and Account Teams. Requires 7 years in a claims role with a broker or carrier, an RIBO License, and 10% travel for client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 7 Years in a claims role with a broker, insurance carrier, independent adjuster
- RIBO License Required
- Claims experience an asset
- Computer Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and ability to manage requirements of the role effectively
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
- Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills with clients up to the C-Level/President
- Travel: 10% for client meetings
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
