Senior Claims Specialist - EPL/Fiduciary

Manage complex Employment Practices Liability and Third Party Liability claims by investigating, analyzing coverage, and determining appropriate valuation and settlement strategies. Draft coverage correspondence, negotiate complex issues, and recommend outside counsel when warranted while attending mediations and monitoring trials. Mentor junior adjusters, support underwriting and actuarial teams through data analytics, and manage costs with litigation and vendor management groups. Maintain accurate records of claim activities and update systems timely. Work in the office three days per week with a base salary of $130,000 - $160,000 plus incentive compensation. This role contributes to AXIS Capital's North America Claim Team, which specializes in specialty lines insurance and reinsurance.
