Job Summary
Experienced Senior Claims Specialist needed for managing complex workers' compensation claims in a hybrid role. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Florida workers' comp experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of adjusting litigated Florida Workers’ Compensation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with MS Office including Excel spreadsheets
- Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Knowledge of claims administration and case management as applicable to Workers’ Compensation
Desired Qualifications
- Municipality experience preferred but not necessary
- Self-Insured Certificate preferred
- State Certification as an experienced Examiner
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must have Florida workers' comp claims experience
