Job Summary
Manage a diverse, complex caseload across Employers' Liability, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and sensitive safeguarding matters from initial notification through settlement. Develop and drive your own claims strategy while handling high-value and high-profile cases with real autonomy over decisions. Work closely with policyholders, brokers, and solicitors to build strong relationships and deliver outcomes in this specialist Care Claims team. Required Qualifications
- Experience in claims handling OR a legal background (solicitor / legal exec)
- Exposure to EL / PL / liability claims
- Personal injury or professional negligence
- Ability to manage complex cases independently
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Genuine interest in care sector work
- Comfortable with sensitive and sometimes challenging but quality cases
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in insurance claims environment
- Background in care / healthcare or sensitive claims
- Exposure to multi-line claims
