Senior Claims Handler

Manage and assess claims in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Review and validate documentation to identify risks, discrepancies, and areas requiring further investigation. Ensure claims are processed within agreed service levels and turnaround times while maintaining accurate records. Provide guidance, support, and technical assistance to junior team members, assisting with the resolution of complex or escalated claims. Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement within the claims function.
