Senior Claims Examiner, Cyber

Senior Claims Examiner analyzes coverage for increasingly complex claims submitted under applicable policy forms, examines and processes claims per policy, communicates with stakeholders including reinsured clients and defense counsel, and provides guidance and training to less experienced staff. Responsibilities include reviewing claims for coverage, investigating complex issues, drafting coverage determinations and letters, appointing defense or coverage counsel, updating reserves, approving settlements within authority, and mentoring other staff while ensuring compliance with department policies. Requires active adjuster license, a bachelor's degree, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role is Hybrid, based in Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; Encino, CA; or Chicago, IL, with remote work available for candidates not residing near an office. Travel up to 10% may be required.
