Job Summary
Self-reliant handling of claims in Cyber and Asset Liability IT for national and international clients, including readiness to manage general liability claims. Responsibilities include assessment of coverage claims, decision-making on damage settlement, negotiation with brokers and clients, supporting complex claims analysis with external partners, participating in claims meetings with risk engineers, and contributing to the development of processes and standards in claims handling.
Required Qualifications
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen in den Sparten Cyber und Vermögensschaden-Haftpflicht IT
- Bereitschaft zur Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen in allgemeine Haftpflicht (Multiline)
- Prüfung und Bewertung von Deckungsansprüchen
- Verhandlung und Kommunikation mit Maklern, Versicherungsnehmern und externen Dienstleistern
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexer Schadenfälle
- Teilnahme an Schadenbesprechungen mit Risikoingenieuren
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards
