Job Summary
Senior Civil Technician responsible for producing civil engineering construction documents for a wide variety of public infrastructure and private development projects, coordinating production requirements with a multidisciplinary team, and mentoring junior staff. Work under a Project Manager to ensure plans meet high standards, maintain company templates and standards, and communicate project status and technical constraints. Utilize Civil 3D and related tools to deliver efficient designs, and maintain a minimum utilization rate of 75% while completing tasks on time and within constraints. This role supports growth within Siegfried and contributes to high-quality outcomes across infrastructure, roadways, utilities, and onsite improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent training/certifications with 5+ years of experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a technical/BIM/drafting role
- Experience in the civil engineering or multidisciplinary design field is highly preferred
