Senior Civil Roadway Project Manager

Lead the design and management of civil roadway and infrastructure projects for NYC/State agencies, including directing staff engineers, coordinating plans/specifications/deliverables, and ensuring quality and on-time results across budgets and schedules. Responsibilities include managing client and stakeholder communications, overseeing day-to-day project coordination, and applying expertise in roadway design, alignments, grading, drainage, utility relocations, water/sewer design, traffic signals, street lighting, and construction phasing. Required: Civil Engineering bachelor’s degree, 10+ years’ experience, AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency; MicroStation/Open Roads a plus; strong written/verbal communication; ability to work independently and collaboratively; PE license strongly preferred (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months). Compensation ranges from $135k-$180k, with flexible work arrangements noted by the firm.
