Job Summary
Senior Civil Project Manager in Pittsburgh, PA leading and supporting design, permitting, and client management for land development projects. Responsibilities include designing and permitting residential, institutional, commercial, warehouse, and mixed-use developments; collaborating with office leadership on growth and staff utilization; pursuing business development by acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships; leading site/civil efforts from concept through completion, including site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control; leading storm water management design, hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, and SWPPP preparation; integrating geotechnical and environmental engineering across projects; and performing other duties as requested. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, PE license, 10+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication and proposal-writing skills; proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering license
- 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience with a focus on land development
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D (preferred)
- Strong client development and client management abilities
- Experience in technical and proposal writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- valid driver’s license in good standing
