Senior Civil Project Manager

Manage multiple civil engineering projects from conception to completion, overseeing field observation, site layout design, utility planning, and permitting while coordinating with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural departments. Serve as the primary client contact, negotiate proposals and contracts, and allocate resources to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Lead project engineers and designers, solve design problems using engineering calculations, and assess risks related to constructability and liability. This hybrid role is based out of various Core States Group offices across the United States, including Philadelphia, Bentonville, and Long Beach, with remote options available in Washington.
