Job Summary
Oversee the NJ office team, provide leadership to professional staff on high-standard projects, and lead design and production of plans for land development and infrastructure. Drive business development through active client interactions, secure new projects, and maintain relationships with agencies and partners. Manage the strategic business plan, budget, and departmental metrics while recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring staff to foster a positive culture. Lead teams in proposal phases and present at public hearings, utilizing skills to influence high-risk situations and meet multiple deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- 15+ years of experience
- NJ PE required
- Experience in managing multiple projects and overseeing project delivery of junior to mid-level staff
- Presentation at public hearings required
- Experience with delivering design projects within and around New Jersey
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Superior attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to manage both technical and financial elements of a project
