Job Summary
As a Senior Civil Project Engineer at RICK, you will lead projects in the Southern California area, manage construction bid documents, schedules, and budgets, and require significant client interaction. The ideal candidate has extensive civil engineering experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Required Qualifications
- BSCE degree
- CA Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer
- minimum of fifteen (15) years of directly relevant experience or eighteen (18) years equivalent work experience
- minimum of five years management experience supervising technical staff
- ability to provide exceptional customer service
- demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
Desired Qualifications
- California experience preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
