Job Summary
Develop detailed site and grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and construction detailing specifications for land development projects. Execute design tasks including storm water management, water and wastewater systems, roadway and parking layouts, and technical specifications. Conduct civil and site research, prepare reports, and create visual aids using Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and five years of experience in site design and land development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 Minimum years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
