Job Summary
Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager responsible for overseeing client projects, maintaining client relationships, leading a team of Project Managers, ensuring budgets and schedules are met, contributing to business development and marketing plans, and implementing quality systems. Requires extensive land development engineering experience, leadership and team-management skills, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, and familiarity with Ajera; role includes client management, budgeting, profitability oversight, and staff hiring/performance management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant land development engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Valid North Carolina PE license
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite; Ajera preferred
