Senior Civil Engineer / Team Leader

Lead and develop a group of civil engineers delivering linear infrastructure design work in Florida, including coaching, mentoring, and performance support. Coordinate team workload, balance priorities, and collaborate with project managers to align resources. Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for water, wastewater, utility, and civil infrastructure designs, ensuring regulatory compliance and constructability. Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues, and oversee relationship management with municipal and private clients. Draft engineering standards, evaluate feasibility of complex products, and respond to bid solicitations to secure contracts. Monitor health, safety, and environment KPIs, identify practice shortcomings, and implement improvements. Develop policies, create best practices, and deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
