Job Summary
Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil design and documentation across infrastructure, Built Environment, Mining and Resources, and Power & Energy sectors in Brisbane. Responsibilities include leading civil design and documentation, program and schedule development, tender management, contract administration and site supervision. Mentoring junior consultants and developing internal/external relationships are expected. Requires 5+ years of civil engineering experience, tertiary qualification in civil engineering, and competency in earthworks, roadworks, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure; civil-structures design is highly desirable. RPEQ and CPESC accreditations are desirable. The role offers a flexible hybrid work environment and opportunities for career progression within a large global consultancy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience with tertiary qualifications in civil engineering
- Experience in the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects is highly desirable
- Competency in civil design including earthworks, roads and drainage and water and sewer infrastructure
- Competency in the design of civil structures is highly desirable
- RPEQ accreditation is highly desirable but not necessary for those with more junior years’ experience
- CPESC accreditation is also highly desirable, but not necessary
