Job Summary
Senior Civil Engineer - Rail Infrastructure: contribute to multi-disciplinary rail projects from our Leeds, Manchester, or London offices; progress toward CRE status; deliver design outputs for stations, depots, level crossings and civils works; lead and mentor junior engineers; develop drawings, reports, and specifications; ensure compliance with SHEW and standards; collaborate with clients, contractors and teams to meet milestones.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject accredited by the Engineering Council
- Chartered or Incorporated Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers or nearing Chartered or Incorporated status
- Experience in delivering and managing all stages of multi-disciplinary engineering projects from initial studies through to detailed design
- Working knowledge of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges, British and European Standards, Eurocodes and Codes of Practice
