Job Summary
Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager responsible for overseeing the design and execution of civil engineering projects across water, stormwater, roads/Highways, and water/wastewater systems. Lead project scope, schedule, and budgets; provide technical leadership and mentorship; prepare/review plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates; coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders; conduct construction oversight and administration; drive business development through proposals and client engagement. ExperienceLiving or Working in Montana is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering (Civil focus preferred) from an Accredited University
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure required
- 6+ years of experience in Civil Engineering
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
- Strong client relationship management and business development experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
