Job Summary
Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to lead civil engineering and land development projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities include design and oversight of site development (grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, erosion control, sidewalks, parking layouts), preparing detention/retention designs, coordinating with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies, and managing projects through construction administration. Travel up to 20% required. Requires PE licensure, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 7+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Civil 3D; experience with industrial, federal, or DoD projects is highly preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential, with a focus on safety, quality, and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
- 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, land development, and site design
- Strong experience with stormwater management, erosion control, permitting, and Autodesk Civil 3D
