Job Summary
Lead the Orlando office and its three-person team while maintaining 50% active engagement in technical production, including civil design, stormwater modeling, and permitting. Establish a growth plan, manage project budgets and staffing, and develop a culture focused on safety and mentorship. Serve as the primary local representative to public and private clients, expanding relationships in Central Florida markets for solid waste, development, and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with regional leadership on annual goals and recruit new talent to build a multidisciplinary operation.
