Job Summary
Senior Civil Engineer to lead planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects across Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing designs, calculations, reports, and specifications; coordinating with multidisciplinary teams; mentoring junior engineers; contributing to proposals, tenders, and technical submissions. Requires 10+ years of experience with a strong design background and proven leadership in design reviews and stakeholder management. Hybrid work model with in-office collaboration three days a week; roles based in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Strong civil engineering design background across Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors
- Experience in leading design reviews, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical oversight
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior engineers
- Proactive, quality-focused, and solutions-oriented approach to project delivery
