Job Summary
Manage capital projects, maintenance, rehabilitation, and service activities for civil, structural, architectural, and site infrastructure assets. Execute assigned portions of the Capital Program and Facilities Expense Program while serving as a subject matter expert providing technical direction. Plan, design, construction, and lifecycle management of buildings, waterfront infrastructure, foundations, roads, utilities, and stormwater systems. Mentor junior and intermediate technical staff.
Required Qualifications
- Civil, structural, architectural, and site infrastructure asset specialization
- Project management of capital projects
- Maintenance and rehabilitation of buildings, waterfront infrastructure, foundations, roads, laydown areas, utilities, stormwater systems, and associated site infrastructure
- Execution of assigned portions of the Capital Program and Facilities Expense Program
- Subject matter expertise in their area of responsibility
- Ability to provide technical support and direction
- Ability to provide mentorship to junior and intermediate technical staff
- Planning of buildings, waterfront infrastructure, foundations, roads, laydown areas, utilities, stormwater systems, and associated site infrastructure
