Job Summary
The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, collaborating with clients, contractors, and teams to ensure quality and sustainability. They will lead project planning and design for municipal projects, manage project timelines and budgets, and mentor junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within one year
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles
- Experience in project management and leading teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in municipal engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering design software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with environmental regulations
- Business development experience
