Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, engineering, environmental science, or physics
- Current registration as a Civil Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering site development required
- Engineering experience with design, permitting, and construction administration
- Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations; technical studies; and preparation of site or public improvement grading, stormwater management, and utility plans required
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
- Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate with other team members
- Technical mentorship of civil engineering team members
- Effective technical writing and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A positive attitude with a focus on team and client success
